‘Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result’
There are many reasons why a coach can be good for your career.
Sometimes there’s a new challenge at work and you just want to be able to rise up to it. There’s a person you want to impress or a competitor for the next position and you want to be able to deliver more and better than you think is currently possible.
Other times things haven’t gone as smoothly as you were hoping for and there’s a sense that a familiar type of event keeps cropping up to hold you back. Or perhaps, you’re in transition and it would be great to have some support to keep you moving forward.
There are many scenarios that can bring you to choose coaching and it doesn’t matter exactly what they are. As long as you have the sense you could be doing more and an appetite to go for it, we can work with that; we can set some goals do some work together and bring home some results.
We help you access new answers for familiar issues.
Coaching, unlike mentoring, is all about helping people find their own solutions. In coaching, there is the fundamental belief that the coachee has all the resources within them. They don’t need education or advice, it’s just a question of knowing how to access the answers from within.
We often talk about supporting higher potentials in people and organisations. What do you think your higher potential might look like?
